Battleshippings

This is a game I just thought up. It involves shippings (duh!)

Here are the rules:

Pairing options:
You can choose up to five pairings.
They can be canon X canon, canon X OC, or OC X OC.
They can gay, straight, or lesbian.
They can be crossovers too.

How to play:
The username that comes first in the alphabet starts. e.g. I start, and then it's KimJongMothra, and so on.
Each ship has three lives.
Each player can choose to sink one ship per turn.

"Strikes":
A player has a chance to to say why a couple won't work. The other player can try to counteract by saying how it can work. If he succeeds, the ship won't lose a life and the next player gets a turn. If he fails, the ship loses a life and the first player gets another chance to sink the ship.

Winning:

The game ends when there's only one player left with at least one ship left or when someone wants it to stop. The person with the most ships left is the winner!

Tips:
This game requires a lot of analyzing, think about what you say that the other player can't counteract. Think about how your counteract can succeed.
Keep track of how many lives your ships have, e.g. Midgel/Kevin, 3.
Don't take the other player's remarks too seriously. This is just fun and games.

I understand, but I can't really do this for I have no shippings. (I don't enjoy slash or pedofiles)

Femslash has the same effect on me as slash.
